Pan-European Journal of Advanced Research (PEJAR) is a bimonthly and multidisciplinary journals.
The PEJAR Journal launch of a new, integrated transparent peer review by practicing Open Peer Review Process; this mean that the identity of the author and the reviewers are known by all participants. Also, authors will have the option to decline transparent peer review and reviewers can choose to remain anonymous. The journal aims to promot and enhance the research across the globe through the publication of high-quality articles. However, the the journal’s full text is available online without any resriction and allows free access (Open Access) to its contents.
PEJAR journal is published in French and English.

2. Fast dissemination of scientific findings by reducing lag time between 'submission to final publication' by introducing efficient and robust peer review management system.
3. Providing ONLINE full text articles free access, to encourage research across the world, especially in low and middle income countries.
4. Encourage open science projects at the university and to introduce an open science dimension in science fairs.
5. The PEJAR Journal Mentor Committee is unique among international journals and is intended to bridge the editorial gap for scientists in developing countries.
